ICIS is governed by a Board of 15 Directors comprised of five Directors representing each of the founding membership groups: Local Government, Provincial Government, and major Utility companies operating in BC.
The Board sets direction and policy for the Society and ensures that project priorities are addressed effectively by ICIS Operations.
