Member Data Portal

The data portal contains the raw local government data presented AS-IS with no assurances of the consistency of the attribution or spatial accuracy, unless indicated by the submitting authority. Members should submit their data through this portal and members may download data from here as well.

Each Web Site User accepts the use of all information and data on this Web Site on an "as is, and with faults" basis. The Data Providers do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any such information and data and assume no liability whatsoever to any one or more of the Web Site Users in connection with the use by the Web Site Users of any information or data obtained from the Web Site.

Each Web Site User waives any right it may have to claim damages or pursue any other remedy against any one or more of the Data Providers, as a result of any inaccuracy, error, omission or incompleteness in information or data obtained from the Web Site. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If any part of these Terms of Use are found to be unenforceable, then that part will be severed so that the remainder of these Terms of Use can continue to be enforceable.
