The COVID-19 pandemic has understandably drawn all of our attention, and continues to challenge assumptions about how we live, work and play.  We are all making adjustments and doing our best to cope at this time.  At the ICI Society, we are continuing to operate in as close to a “business as usual” manner as we can – recognizing that these are anything but usual times.  In particular, we want to continue sharing news that we hope informs and inspires our membership, and reminds us of the role that location-based data can play in forging a more sustainable British Columbia.  The continued adoption of Parcel Map BC (PMBC) is a good example of that, and a reminder that even in the face of a transformative challenge like COVID-19, our members continue to work behind the scenes, often without fanfare, getting important work done.
