Along with regular ICI Society reporting, the agenda will include a Special
Resolution to adopt amended bylaws pursuant to Division 4, Section 17 of the
Societies Act (British Columbia), that the current bylaws of the Society be
repealed and replaced with the bylaws attached hereto as Schedule A.
