ICI Society is governed by a Board of Directors which supervises the management of the activities and affairs of the Society, including setting the long-term strategy for the Society, establishing governance and oversight policies, and being accountable to the Members which it serves. 

The current Board is comprised of 15 Directors, with 5 representatives from each of the Local Government, Provincial Government, and Utilities Membership classes.

ICI Society Directors also sit on number of committees and working groups that help guide the Operations Team in carrying out their duties.
