For 25 years, the ICI Society has brought together local governments, provincial partners, First Nations, and industry to support a more connected and collaborative geospatial community across British Columbia.
Founded on May 15, 2001, the Society marks this milestone by reflecting on what has made this community strong. What began as a shared vision has grown into a trusted network grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to improving how geospatial data is shared, and used across the province.
This milestone is about more than data, it reflects the relationships, trust, and partnerships that have shaped our community and supported better decision-making throughout BC.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for contributing to the success of the ICI Society over the past 25 years. Here’s to what we’ve accomplished together, and to the future we continue to build.
